Epitomy Solutions has launched Epitomy Reporter a new module with a focus on in-service data. The module expands the scope of Epitomy's PIM applications offer. ‘In-service or warranty related data has a natural fit with our Epitomy Publisher product,’ says Andrew Vernon, Managing Director at Epitomy. ‘At the core of our offer is the streamlining of the product supply chain,’ he continued. ‘Epitomy Reporter will remove the tedious and time consuming task of warranty tracking taking cost, error and inefficiency out of the process.’
Epitomy Reporter offers a web-based, easy to use and intuitive interface. Dealers and end users can quickly enter in-service related data allowing claims to be handled on a real time basis. The features and functionality which this warranty product offers will dramatically reduce the time spent on warranty processing type activity, reducing errors in the system and providing dealers and end users with a superior level of service. Additionally, logging claim information by user or business unit, the module can provide detailed analysis of warranty information to help understanding of sources of equipment failure and their associated costs.
This product launch brings Epitomy a key step closer to offering a complete suite of PIM publishing applications to the capital goods industries.
