9 May 2007 - Epitomy Aftermarket System for Massey Ferguson

Massey Ferguson, one of the world’s leading brands in agricultural and groundscare equipment, has launched a new parts system.   Created by Epitomy Solutions the system will support Massey Ferguson’s British and Irish aftermarket for its groundscare ‘Professional’ and ‘Residential’ model ranges.  It features a new unique function from Epitomy, a Google style search capability.

‘This feature increases the speed of part searching as well as offering even greater reductions in order error,’ according to Andrew Vernon, Managing Director of Epitomy Solutions.  ‘Massey Ferguson is a world leader in part because it offers the best aftermarket service in the industry including minimum machine downtime.  Epitomy is privileged to share its latest functional innovation and in so doing to help Massey Ferguson meet its aftermarket service objectives,’ says Andrew.

Epitomy Solutions was commissioned to undertake this work by Massey Ferguson’s groundscare distributor E.P. Barrus.  E. P. Barrus is the UK’s leading groundscare equipment distributor.  According to Paul Brownell, Parts Manager at E.P. Barrus, ‘we knew that Epitomy could develop an aftermarket parts system suitably innovative for a world leading brand like Massey.’
